EdenFi Terms of Use
Welcome to EdenFi. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EdenFi platform, mobile application, and services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By using EdenFi, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Eligibility and Account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use EdenFi.
- EdenFi provides a non-custodial smart wallet. You are solely responsible for your wallet keys, recovery phrase, and access credentials.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and login security.
2. Services Offered
EdenFi enables users to:
- Send and receive stablecoins across borders
- Access fiat on-ramps and off-ramps via third-party providers (e.g. MoonPay)
- Invest in tokenised real estate assets
- Participate in rewards, cashback, and yield programs (where applicable)
- Use a virtual or physical Visa/Mastercard (future product)
EdenFi does not provide investment advice, financial planning, or guarantee any returns.
3. Third-Party Services
- EdenFi integrates with third-party providers, property partners, and off-ramp services.
- Your interaction with these services is governed by their terms, not ours.
- We are not responsible for any errors, delays, or losses resulting from third-party platforms.
4. User Responsibilities
By using EdenFi, you agree to:
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes
- Not engage in fraud, money laundering, or any illegal financial activity
- Comply with local and international laws regarding cryptocurrency and financial transactions
- Maintain full control and responsibility over your funds and wallet
5. Fees and Charges
- EdenFi may charge fees per transaction or for premium services (e.g. subscription tiers).
- Fees are clearly disclosed within the app before any transaction.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice.
6. Risks and Disclaimers
- Cryptocurrency is inherently volatile and risky.
- Real estate investments carry market, legal, and liquidity risks.
- EdenFi does not guarantee investment returns, token value, or transaction success.
- You understand and accept the risks of using blockchain-based technology.
7. Termination
EdenFi may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You violate these Terms
- You engage in suspicious or illegal activity
- Required by law or regulatory directive
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- EdenFi and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the last 6 months
9. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom
Any
disputes shall be resolved in the courts of United Kingdom
